These Terms of Service govern your use of Tale.ist. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

Account Responsibilities

Provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and promptly update information that changes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Memberships and Billing

Paid memberships cover a twelve-month term and are processed through PayPal at the price shown before purchase. Cancelling stops renewal at the end of the current paid term. Payments for the current term are not refunded.

Indie Art Creatives LLC reserves the right to change prices in the future, but all price changes will apply after your current paid period.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You confirm that you have permission to use it and grant Indie Art Creatives LLC the limited permission needed to host, process, and publicly display it as part of the service.

Indie Art Creatives LLC shall not be liable for any loss of business, income, or other damages due to lost content, service unavailability, or actions beyond Indie Art Creatives LLC's control.

You agree to hold harmless and idemnify Indie Art Creatives LLC and its agents, employees, and owners from any issues rising from content you have submitted on your profile.

Acceptable Use

Do not use Tale.ist unlawfully, infringe another person’s rights, attempt to disrupt or bypass the service, distribute malicious code, or abuse other users or visitors.

Availability and Account Status

The service may change or be temporarily unavailable for maintenance. Indie Art Creatives LLC may restrict accounts for any reason without obligation to inform the account owner of the reason.  Restricted accounts will not be entitled to any refunds for unused membership. When a paid membership expires, its public author page is hidden while retained account content remains available for re-subscription.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated as the service changes. The current version is published on this page.

Applicable Law

Indie Art Creatives LLC is a Florida Limited Liability Company, and the jurisdiction for any relevant claims shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
